These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Myckie website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
3) Products, descriptions & availability
Myckie sells pet care products (“Products”). We try to display descriptions, images, and pricing accurately, but we don’t guarantee all content is error-free. Products may be changed or discontinued at any time. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
4) Pricing, taxes & billing
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Sales tax may be added at checkout where required. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.
5) Orders, acceptance & cancellations
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel orders for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
6) Shipping & delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier receives the package, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please contact the carrier first and then contact us at hello@myckie.com
7) Returns, refunds & exchanges (30-day unused policy)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if the item is unused and returned with all accessories, parts, and original packaging (where applicable).
To start a return, contact hello@myckie.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable items (examples): items marked final sale; gift cards; and products that are used, damaged after delivery, or missing accessories/parts. Additional exclusions may apply where allowed by law.
Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong/defective item).
Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we may process it as a return and a new order depending on availability.
8) Pet safety disclaimer
Products must be used only as intended and under appropriate supervision. Pets may react differently to products; you are responsible for selecting Products suitable for your pet and following all instructions/warnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myckie is not responsible for harm resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or unsafe/unsupervised use.
9) Promotions & discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or ended at any time. Codes cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combinable unless stated.
10) User content & reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Myckie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it for business purposes (e.g., marketing), unless prohibited by law. You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
11) Intellectual property
All Site content (text, images, logos, product names, design) is owned by Myckie or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce it without written permission.
12) Prohibited uses
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with Site operation, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
13) Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myckie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits. Myckie’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myckie from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17) Governing law & venue (Phoenix, Arizona, USA)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.18) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” will be updated. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
