At Myckie, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below.
1. 30-Day Unused Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. To qualify:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition.
- All accessories, parts, and original packaging (if applicable) must be included.
- Items must not be marked as “Final Sale.”
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@myckie.com with your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)
- We will provide a return shipping address and any specific instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us.
- Pack the items securely. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items (marked at checkout)
- Gift cards
- Used products, including items your pet has worn, chewed, or otherwise interacted with
- Products damaged after delivery (e.g., from mishandling or accidents)
- Items missing parts, accessories, or original packaging (unless defective)
Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened consumables (e.g., treats, supplements) unless they arrived defective.
4. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5–7 business days.
- Approval: If approved, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless:
- The return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), or
- Required by applicable law (e.g., Arizona consumer laws).
- Timing: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product:
- We typically process exchanges as a return (for refund) and a new order (subject to inventory availability).
- Contact us at hello@myckie.com with your exchange request so we can assist. We may waive return shipping on defective/exchange items on a case-by-case basis.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@myckie.com with photos showing the issue.
- We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees) as you prefer.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our approval:
- Check with your bank or credit card company (processing delays vary).
- Contact us at hello@myckie.com with your order number and return tracking details.
8. Arizona & US State Law
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of Arizona. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights granted by your state’s laws (e.g., implied warranties of merchantability may apply in some states). Void where prohibited.
