1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your backpack must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • With all original tags still attached.
  • In its original packaging.

You will also need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Request: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Review: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Dispatch: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages, Defectives, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the backpack is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect.

We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the backpack style or color you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Processing Your Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
