Thank you for shopping at Myckie! We are dedicated to delivering your backpack orders quickly and securely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
  • High-volume periods (such as major holidays or sales events) may cause slight delays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer shipping services exclusively across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or peak holiday seasons. We partner with reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure your backpack arrives safely.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Myckie ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Boxes or military bases; these will automatically default to standard carrier services.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Myckie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For domestic US orders, standard state sales tax will be applied at checkout where legally required.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Damaged Items: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos of the damage and email them to us so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.
  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows delivery but the package is missing, please check around your property and with neighbors before contacting us.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We work quickly to process and ship orders, which means there is a very small window to change or correct an address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. If the package has already been dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery route.
